Great staff, shuttle was super quick! Room was clean with great accommodations however our non smoking room had most certainly been smoked in and we had to leave a window open while we slept to help with that issue….

It was a delight to discover this gem of a hotel tucked away among all those businesses. Very comfortable and the food in the dining room was excellent. Had dinner and breakfast. Aaron our server was great. Would definitely use the park/fly service again.

Beautiful place
Clean room, comfortable beds and great service at the front desk. The shuttle service was on time with a very friendly, helpful driver. They even had a limited breakfast started at 4:30 in the morning when we left for the airport.
Wonderful service . Clean and great clean room. Cozy bed. Just plain wonderful. Left car at hotel to fly out to Hawaii Shuttle dropped us off.
Amenities... parking car for Park Fly Sleep could have told me in advance that there were areas at the side of the hotel with lights in the parking area. Need shuttle drivers that definitely handle all luggage. Arrived at 5 am and doors were locked for safety... I understand that. But it was difficult to get into the obby. they should have had a bell or something to ring.

We used the shuttle service after we parked our car, and shuttle again when we arrived 'home'. Service from the staff was excellent, shuttle service was timely and convenient, and we slept at the hotel at the end of our two week trip. The total cost was less than the long term parking at the airport would have been. We are very pleased with the service and the facility and will use it again in the future. Thank you Fass and all the staff.
Nice welcome reception and breakfast. Airport shuttle arrived for pickup right on time. Nice quiet room on second floor. Will be back.
