The property was beautiful and the employees were very nice. The shuttle service was efficient. However, the walls and doors are paper thin. I wouldn’t recommend staying here if you are a light sleeper! I heard the neighbors all night and people going in and out of their rooms.
Everything went well. The 12th room was very comfortable. Dinner at the restaurant was very pleasant. My only negative was not being able to self-park my car. I have no idea where the valet took it. Unusual and unsatisfactory.
We had a wonderful experience staying at the Millwood Inn & Suites. We love their customer service.

This hotel was clean and the front office staff was absolutely amazingly helpful and nice. I haven’t encountered that type of service since Covid began. My only down part about this hotel was that the air traffic was quite loud. I understand it was near the airport and that’s to be expected but it made sleeping a little bit hard even with ear plugs. The Wi-Fi also was a pretty steep price at $15. Otherwise this would definitely be a place we would consider coming back when flying in or out of SFO and need a place to park our car.

Nice hotel with comfortable rooms. Also close to the airport. While the room and proximity to the airport are great, the advertisement stated there was a 24 hour shuttle. Upon arrival and check in, we were told there did not have a shuttle. We had an early flight and the main reason we booked there was the 24 hour shuttle! The attendant on duty did book an early cab for us but felt a little mislead by the advertisements on the property.
The employees were all very friendly, helpful and prompt. It was so nice to park, stay the night and leave my car parked there. The shuttle to SFO was very convenient too! I would definitely stay again prior to a flight.

We came in at 1:00 am after a long flight, there was someone at the desk waiting for us. It was nice checking into a nice clean and quiet room. We enjoyed the continental breakfast in the morning and the 7 days of free parking. We will definitely come back again.
There is no shuttle to the airport as adverom the Parksleephotels website. The property was clean and modern. The restaurant was pricey but there was a nice view. Took an Uber to the airport which cost about $22.
The rooms are very nicely sized and great for families with kids as there is a living area with a pull out couch that you can close off from the bedroom. Full kitchen with fridge and microwave incase you are staying for an extended stay. The breakfast in the morning has great options for hot and cold. Shuttle service runs on time and is very quick.
