Very nice check in and check out

The room was ok nothing special,but was clean .we did get a few small bug bites during the night don’t know what that was.The staff were great five stars for them All

Great property. Beware of being double charged for booking parking my this website and then the hotel when you check in - check your receipt. It happened to me.

Room was spotless, comfortable bed and quite with great amenities. Food was a bit pricey.

Good service, good room and bed, safe parking, good restaurant and bar and best location to SFO.

Short but great stay

The hotel was nice. I do have a BIG complaint! I have stayd at several hotels including the hampton by per Hilton. very nice hotels. They have a breakfast buffet with good food. I have never had to pay for it , It was part of the room and was ALWAYS free. We had about 10 minutes to grab a bite to eat before catching the shuttle and ate Very little food. As we rushed out I was handed a bill for $26.50 for each meal. There were six of us so it cost me $200 with gratuity. There are NO signs anywhere that state Buffet is $26.50 per person only a sign pointing to breakfast buffet. So be careful and DONT make the same mistake I did, as this took away $200 of my vacation money.

Met our expectations except no hot tub! Food was ok.

Room was nice, I have used their adjunct parking lot before, but didn\'t want to wake up at 2am to drive to this so this was a reasonable alternative. Thought this hotel was like others like a Best Western where breakfast was included but it was not (cost me $50 for 2 people plus tip). We hardly ate anything and felt a bit ripped off. I guess I just need to ask. Staff was friendly.
