Nice new rooms and great staff

We did a park and stay package however there was a mix up on dates. The front desk agent, Samina stepped and sorted it out with no drama. Her incredible service made the entire experience a pleasure.

Finding a place where we could pre-park our car before flying out was great -- especially with underground parking patrolled by security company. Hotel and staff were amazing and it was nice to be able to rest after travelling all day, having a time change, etc. Meals were great and service at restaurant and front desk was professional and personal.

Very clean room. Superb restaurant & staff. Very helpful valet service. Ease of access from highway 401. Excellent underground parking & ease of access from hotel lobby area.

We have stayed at this hotel 2 years in a row before flying out of Toronto and have been very happy with our stay and our transfer to airport. The underground parking is a huge bonus.

The hotel staff was friendly at check in, we were able to leave our car in the underground parking which made our vacation so much easier. The room was lovely and clean. The bartender at the bar/restaurant was so nice and had a lovely conversation with and she spoke about how she loved her job and meeting new people. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Great beds and pool and hot tub fun . Excellent helpful staff of everyone we dealt with. Nice to leave car there for our trip. Shuttle fast and often. Will definitely use again for future travel,
