Sheraton Gateway Los Angeles Hotel LOS ANGELES

I bought their park and fly in July of 2022 with one night and 14 days parking. No one ever contacted me to let me know in September of that year Sheraton/Marriott changed their policy to 3 days parking only, had I known that, I could have made, easily, other arrangements. We finally negotiated between valet manage Marriott that I would pay $22 a day for the additional 11 days. I don’t feel I should have to pay them anymore money. I will dispute with my CC. They were very nice, but it cost me a lot more than I planned. Will not stay at this Sheraton on principle. It was nerve wracking after a 4 hour drive.

We booked this hotel for one night because it included car park for up to 14 days. We live four hours away but needed to be near the airport for a 6 AM flightWe were so impressed with the amenities, location, cleanliness of the room and friendliness of the staff! We will definitely use this service again and would recommend it to anyone.

With shuttle services no longer available post Covid this is a great choice for a traveling family. The hotel is comfortable, clean, and up to date. Our flight itinerary was too early to experience the restaurant.
