Front desk was responsive, patient, and clearly communicated to the customer’s level. Seemed to really care.

Professionally run hotel. Clean everywhere. Quiet night sleep in the tower. Quick shuttle to the airport.

Room was fine, even though bathroom was tiny. There was a fraternity group on our floor and they were quite loud (yelling and slamming doors) around 2am. It was difficult to sleep.

We had a medical emergency with our son in the middle of the night. Your security person, LeShun was fantastic. He handled the situation like a professional and with compassion. We would like to thank him again on this review! Overall, the hotel was clean and beautiful. The airport shuttle was perfect.

Room was warm and cosey and parking was convenient and close to hotel.

We stay at the Higgins Road Marriott whenever we are flying out of O’hare. Very close to the airport, I can leave the car for a week, great restaurant, clean comfortable rooms.

Hotel was clean, staff were great and parking worked great to leave our cars. Shuttle to airport was excellent.

Very comfortable room. Also had nice meal in restaurant. Glad to be able to park car there for a week.
