Absolutely the best customer service. We had to leave the hotel at 3:30 am to catch our flight and they made sure we had breakfast before we left! So sweet!

Taking a 7 day cruise and accommodating the car with free parking and shuttle to an from the pier make the cost an absolute steal for one nights stay prior to the cruise.

The booking process was easy, and they responded quickly to a question I emailed. I haven't made the trip yet, but it looks like an outstanding value on my choice of the hotels available. Nice to be able to easily compare and get the kind of pkg. I wanted at a great price.
