This was my first experience with stay and park hotels. The process was very smooth. Shuttle to airport was on time, efficient, easy.

Nice facility. Kind helpful staff. Large room. The stay and park leaving your car at the motel and transportation to the airport was fantastic.

Well located close to the airport with shuttle service. The room was clean, comfortable, and afforded us a good night's sleep prior to our flight.

Great customer service. Clean and conveniently located. I stay here when I have an early flight; shuttle service to and from the airport and free parking. I have never been disappointed with this location.

The hotel is well situated near the IND airport. The rooms are well appointed and well maintained. The staff is very friendly and competent. The parking and shuttle service to the airport make staying here before a flight an excellent value.

We reserved a handiapped room for our stay. The bathroom was very large which was great, but the roll-in shower was in poor condition. Tiles and entry to shower were uneven, discolored, looked as though had been poorly pieced together. It has a nice fold down bench, but when you where wet, you slid right off of it. The biggest problem was the fact that the fan did not work well enough to keep the steam from making floor very slick and the shower curtain was not long enough to keep water from going out of the shower into rest of bathroom floor. We did have a toilet leak from base and they had that fixed very quickly.

The hotel was great. The employees were very helpful and friendly.
