Good nights sleep prior to flight

The facility was fine, except that we had trouble finding the entrance to the hotel and the hotel was unclear about the terms of our reservation.

Excellent

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Shuttle service was a bit slow but our driver was very nice and helpful with our luggage. The whole hotel lobby and elevators reeked of weed when we checked in. I guess the world smokes pot these days. It was NOT the staff smoking, it was hotel guests. Big turn off for me... but the hotel stay and park were a good deal for the area.

The room was clean and nice. It took a bit of time to get checked in as Aruin was pulled in many directions. He was very apologetic and sincere. We looked forard to a drink at the bar, which was out of stock on several items. We counted on the 5:00 am shuttle to take us to JFK it arrived at 5:15am. There was only (1) small van that did not accomodate everyone, we were the last 2 people to get on our luggage barely fit. It totally stressed us out, we almost missed our flight.

Perfectly fine

Came to NYC to fly internationally. This location is great. Room pleasantly surprised me and the bathroom had a tub! My husband and I slept like babies before catching the shuttle. Got to the airport in less than 10 minutes. Definitely recommend.
