Great hotel for the price. Not far from the airport and the shuttle service was great. Would definitly stay here again.

I had a confirmation for a room w/2 beds. Hotel charged me an extra $10 anyway for 2 beds. Paid a deposit of $10.85 through "Park, Sleep & Fly". Hotel clerk refused to deduct from my total cost. Therefore, I paid an EXTRA $20.85 plus $3 in additional taxes(?)

Microtel has been our go-to place for the night before our vacation for years now. It's reasonably priced, clean and in an excellent location. The airport shuttle is conveniently available and quick on the pick-up at return. Staying overnight before an early flight saves the worry of morning commute and doesn't cost much more than paying to park for a week.

Service was excellent. Room very clean. Could use more wall plugs near night stands and better overall room lighting. Bathroom exhaust was TERRIBLE!!! Exhaust fan was very loud and could not use lighting without exhaust fan. Probably will not stay there again just because of this. Wife is a light sleeper and cannot get up for early shower without disturbing the one still sleeping.

Only problem at first we had was they gave us two rooms instead of one room as requested. Would suggest talk of other employees be kept to somewhere other than the front desk. The clerk placed the wrong time for shuttle pick up for us to arrive at the airport.
